Eligibility

• Company with Hong Kong Business Registration
• Original design created by either in-house or outsource designers
• Name of designer(s)/ team should be acknowledged
• Product entries must be completed products and not parts thereof

Contest Rules & Regulations

• Each company may submit a maximum of 3 entries.
• Applicants must submit a completed application form, packaged product sample, Hong Kong Business Registration copy and supporting documents such as safety certificates, testing certificates, environmental certificate, registered design, etc., together with 3 product photos from different view and preferably a video (within 1 minute, in mp4 or WMV file format). Incomplete application will not be considered.
• The Organiser has absolute discretion in the admission of applicants.
• While every precaution will be exercised in the handling of entries received by the Organiser, the Organiser accepts no liability for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever for any entry submitted. It is advisable for the applicants to arrange product liability insurance for their entries.
• The Organiser will not be held responsible for infringement of intellectual property such as copyright or patent law connected with the products entered in the Competition.
• The Organiser reserves all rights to exhibit and/or publicize the prize-winning and other entries in any format at their discretion. Photos collected from the awarded entries may be used in preparing Awards Booklet or other promotional materials.
• Return of Non-awarded entries: applicants are required to pick up the participating products in person, and the date and time of the pickup will be notified by the Organiser.
• The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any applicants in breach of the rules and regulations listed above.

Participation Fee

No application fee is required for applicants.
